I bought my first house with Josh and 3 years later sought him out to buy my next home. I will not ever use anyone else on any of my real-estate Purchases. All was perfect - just a little added stress at the very last minute that probably didn’t need to happen. Please keep a tighter schedule on final numbers, closing times and bank holidays. Had the numbers been communicated even a few hours earlier, would have saved a lot of stress. My out of town credit union stepped up (I begged them) but they didn’t have to and that would have created a mess.Otherwise, the process was easy... great and I’ve already told friends and would recommend Y and Josh.
10 out of 10. I would highly recommend this to any qualified veteran out there looking to buy a house. There's always a different specialist assigned to my home loan team that can answer all my questions for me. It's a comforting experience for a big nerve-wracking investment.
