I would've expected a smoother process considering how timely & organized we are compared to the majority of borrowers. I'd anticipate our next loan will all be done remotely (signing closing documents). Overall I'd recommend Veterans United Home Loans to others. We typically use USAA or Navy Federal for our mortgage needs but neither offered what we were looking for in this case.
