The online portal allowed me to link my bank account, which saved me a ton of time because many other companies had me scanning my statements page by page as my bank didn't offer downloadable statements. I would highly recommend this company to anyone buying a home.

Closing/signing day is a day that everyone should be available for last minute details. Somehow this day seems to have fallen off the radar. Multiple communications was being sent but because of a sickness and vacation and follow up it made the signing of paperwork take up to 5 hours because of having to rewrite paperwork due to wording requirements being enforced by the title company.
Veterans United has a great crew that will make sure you are taken care of in a timely manner.
