Also, Amber Job, my Loan Coordinator, was extremely responsive. I called occasionally and emailed many times. She always responded promptly and if she didn't have the answer immediately, she would find it and let me know. Also, both closing attorney and my real estate agent, said that my loan officers were very easy to work with. So, job well done.

When someone goes on vacation the day before closing, train that person to communicate or to delegate to some one else the important tasks that need to be done.
