I selected veterans united based on many reviews, and as soon as I got on board the entire process went smoothly and the knowledge and expertise my loan officer had quickly guided me to being a homeowner, if I ever need to use veterans united in the future,I would do so without hesitating I feel veterans united I definitely an A+ company
I can’t give a 10 here because this is my second loan with Veterans United. I would have thought the second loan would be discounted for loyalty, but instead they charge more. I would recommend people find a local loan company that doesn’t nickel and dime the customer because they make their money by selling the loan. The positives are the ease of getting the loan, professionalism of the loan officer, and ease of uploading documents to to portal.
