Our closing was constantly getting rescheduled. In fact, on our way to close on our new home, she called & told us our clear to close was pulled & they needed to redo the application.
It was a terrible experience & ANYONE who has PTSD should not be dealing with individuals like this.

I went with VU because I was told the process would take shorter then my main mortgage company. Not only did they meet this timeline, they exceeded it.
