First time using VU but process was smooth right from the very start. Unlike other major VA lenders who can make the process long and drawn out, VU has a simple process with real time updates. I will definitely use their services again. Scott Davis is a phenomenal loan officer and a real nice guy. I cannot say enough about him, he was consistent with answering my calls and text even on weekends when I needed to increase my loan amount. That was the crucial step to being competitive enough to win the bid. I never worried about the process with Scott and team especially with such a tight window to purchase a home. Thanks Scott, team and VU for setting the standard.
