Working with Josh and his team was wonderful. They were always there and willing to help with whatever situation that can up. I would advise any Veteran who is looking to buy to use them.
Your finance people are doing a better job than your face to face people seem to be. At least the ones I’ve personally had to deal with. I made the mistake of not changing agents and that’s on me. Scott and Blair were above my expectations. If you knew me you would know that’s not a compliment easily received.
Everything went smooth, other tan a late email without notification; which caused a delay in closing.
