“Excellent Overall Experience” would be the tagline for this review. The loan team and the online process and “ToDo” list allowed for an efficient, streamlined and painless refinancing process. If you are a veteran and you are looking to finance, refinance or refinance with cash out by using a VA Home Loan, you found the right organization. Veterans United has created a first-class business model with a formula, which ensures the best customer service I have ever seen.Once you are assigned a loan team, they will be by your side every step of the way. In today’s environment, trying to get a home loan, or any loan, can seem similar to splitting an atom. Veterans United does a great job removing the headaches.It is important to know that I rarely write reviews. This is due to the fact that I do not feel the need to announce a negative experience, as one never really knows why the experience was negative. Maybe everything that could have gone wrong, did! The organization or the individual employees may or may not be at fault. If they are then it is possible they simply dropped the ball, which happens from time to time. If I have a positive experience and I simply get what is expected, I am again not likely to write a review, as the results were what I would have expected and paid for. That said, in my opinion, when the individual employees or owners of an organization go the extra mile to create an extraordinary result, then it should be acknowledged and shared with the public. After closing date was finally set, and told all paperwork was completed, we received 2 or 3 docu-sign documents to review and sign. Also after first review of closing cost to us, we got a Cashiers check for that amount. Day of closing we noticed the cost went up $30, with no explanation. The last week or so changed my opinion very much.
Nick and his team were very helpful throughout the whole process. Always ready to answer any questions I had along the way. Hunter Brumley was one of the first people I worked with and he did an outstanding job on his tasks. Everyone I was in contact with returned phone calls and emails promptly and I never felt like I was waiting on a call back. Lastly and most importantly to me is that through the whole process I never felt like a customer or client, they had a way of making me feel like my family and I was the number one priority.
