I can't say enough about Chris and his team for streamlining the whole refinance process. Cooper, Walter (and congrats again to Walter and his wife for their newborn during the process) Amber, and Mason. Everyone on the team was on top of everything, answered any questions SO timely, explaining in detail, it just made the entre experience almost effortless. My original home mortgage was with Veterans, and it not only made sense to consider a refinance with them but was my only option knowing the professionalism and dedication the teams have.
