Definitely, the right choice going with Veterans United!

Tyler Oakley was a very great loan specialist. I'd highly recommend him to any veterans that are attempting to use their VA loan. He was very timely and flexible helping in several areas of the country my wife and I were looking at. Chas Roach Home Buying Concierge and his entire team were very poor, I'd rate them a 1 out of 10. Miscommunication, provided poor service, didn't help resolve issues, instead created more issues than needed to be. Very unprofessional and biased towards veterans, wouldn't recommend using that program at all, find your own realtor and movers in advance, before reaching out to find a home loan special list.

The stress and emotional impact of departmental disorganization or lack of efficient communication made what should have been an enjoyable home buying experience a completely horrible experience. Therefore, we will never use United Veterans for another home purchase, nor will we recommend anyone else use this service.
