Our loan officer Chris overall seemed to know the business; however, it would be appreciated not to give political opinions when asking about things like interest rates. He also seemed to have an edge that leaned towards defensiveness when a couple things came up. It just wasn't as collaborative to work with him as others on the team.Nico the assistant was over-the-top responsive, trying to help when he could. Thank you.

Dalton was always there with the information that was needed at the time. He always let me know what was coming up just like when he brought Richard onto the team. Dalton let me know every step of the way what was being accomplished and what needed to be accomplished at every phase of the process and that was very important to me.
