I'm glad that there are resources provided for veterans. Veterans United is a great lender, besides some people. There is only one person who stood out. Her name is MELISSA STEINGRUBEY. She's a navy veteran who understands all branches of the military. When she's dealing with the veteran, she makes sure that you understand the home buying experience. She makes you feel at ease. She's easy to contact, despite some people at Veterans United. I want to thank Veterans United for helping me buy my first house. It took 5 years, but I am finally done.

Veterans United works hard to ensure you're taken care of. I had been working with another company for several months prior (Veterans First). That company would not return phone calls and would not follow up on things. Ultimately I contacted Veterans United and I was closing on my refinance in a month.
