I am very pleased with my experience.
I personally would have liked being presented with all of the options available for the VA funding fee. It would have been nice to have an email with options showing the funding fee rolled into our loan,
Option B with paying 5% and any other options that may be available. I know most will choose the fee being rolled into the loan but, seeing that there are other options just allows for a buyer to be informed.

Veterans United made the whole loan process very easy....I put an offer on a home in Oct. and closed in Nov. so was very happy with how they were able to get our loan paperwork done so quickly. It's a stressful time but they do their best to be available by phone or email to answer questions and make the buying process stress free! I would definitely recommend Veterans United and Ali Schellenberg and her team as your loan Specialist.
If you are interesting in purchasing a home this is where you need to go. I tryed my credit union first and they were not as helpful and did not explain to me exactly what I needed to do to achieve my dream......they did it for me and I will forever be grateful!

When I first left a review, I was very upset and my anger was taken out on Robert and I shouldn't have. I apologize for my reaction, but when a person is looking to buy a first or last home, they need to be kept informed of what is needed and how things are going. I take back my Poor rating and give you a 3.5 Star rating.
