The interactions after Shawn were poor. They didn’t feel genuine. I felt like I was being marketed for things when I just wanted to close. Needs more clear explanation of acceptable vs unacceptable forms.

I am normally very skeptical and don't always trust people. The people I worked with are great, very easy to speak to and knowledgeable. The only part I did not like was the insurance company they suggested had all 1star ratings except for 1 person who was not a customer. Everything else though was great. Thank you all.
