The team did a great job.

I would say make sure the buyer (applicant) knows what the total cost of things are during the process such as paying for closing cost, appraisal, and other fees. I think a common courtesy is to explain the money that the buyer will have to pay during the entire process and also explain the loan estimate items so it doesn’t surprise someone.

I plan on having all homes I purchase go through Veterans United.

Overall a good process was good and the loan was approved and closed. All the staff were friendly and all my questions were answered along the way.

Thank you for everyone who stood along side Jake to help make this process as smooth as possible. There were times where I had weak moments where my attitude was not the best but the whole team was understanding and were always there to level with me and humbly bring me back to earth. The VU process wasn't as convoluted as I thought it would've been.

As a first time homebuyer I had no clue what I was doing. Veterans United never left a question unanswered. They were able to walk me through every step. I if had a question no matter the time I always received a response promptly. I would most definitely us Veterans United again!

I would have loved to have been able to modify and sign more papers electronically.
