This is my second loan through VU. I have had no issues with either loan but I will say how easy it’s been both times! The staff are amazing and the MyVU Account is fantastic for managing and organizing documents and to also keep in touch with staff during the whole process.
Everything went smooth. We were moving to another state and VU was very helpful and we Jennifer was always available to take our calls.
