My experience was exceptional working with Veterans United Home Loans. Their integrated approach to home buying helped me become an informed successful home buyer. I am a proud Korean Veteran, 91 years old, first time home buyer. Relocating out of state was daunting. Veterans United Home Loan assigned me to concierge who was my personal point of contact to answer all my questions and provide a status of my loan throughout the process. With one phone call, I was able to get mgt insurance, movers, and contacts to start up the utilities in my new home. Veterans United is an outstanding organization and my loan officer(s) and underwriters were exceptional.
After dealing with other financial institutions and having problems pop-up, you can easily get discouraged and skeptic about the possibility of getting a mortgage. I was referred to Veterans United by the local American Legion and I don't regret the call. The process seemed alot easier than previous attempts to secure a mortgage. After the first call with Ryan Williams I was impressed with the speed at which things moved forward. Still waiting for that gotcha moment. But it didn't come. A couple hiccups came and were dealt with. Everyone was always courteous and professional throughout the process. I'm happy to say I'm completely satisfied with my choice to call Veterans United Home Loans.

The ONLY issue I had was Communication.
Both Drennan and Anthony could communicate a little better. it was not bad, however a buyer looking for a loan wants to know what is happening quite often. As you know a loan is one of the most important things in a persons life.They were still EXCELLENT however. I will recommend them every chance I get THANKS
