I would not honestly consider going to Veterans United again in the future; between the terrible realtor assigned to me and the lack of help in understanding the process I just do not think I received the support I needed in such a big life purchase.

My Loan Officer Jennifer was my Guardian Angel❣️ NOBODY BUT GOD connected the two of us together! She was and is heaven sent❤️ My Family and I will ALWAYS remember how this lady went to work on behalf of a disabled veteran and her four beautiful children. She was very transparent and honest from Day 1. She made this entire process easy to follow as she communicated as often as she needed to, and It just made everything seamless. Ms Jen fought like a REAL SOLDIER AND A TRUE TEAMMATE/BATTLE-BUDDY❣️ More importantly, she listened, accepted the challenge, and fought like no other to ensure this Veteran would not add to the homeless rate.
