More communication would have been better. I had to drive a long way from where I live to where I purchased my home and asked to know everything I would need for closing. The extra fee for the radon test could have been discussed and explained but I was surprised and didn’t have my check book because I wasn’t aware I needed it.
I would totally recommend VU for a home loan great people to work with and they keep everything moving along nicely,alway there for you and to answer any questions you may have.
I want to give a special thanks to Eric. When I first decided it was time to buy I did not realize what I was getting into with a home purchase. Having cold feet and being green behind the ears, Eric was extremely polite, pleasant, professional, and informative. A lot of the tensions of home buying immediately drifted away.
