Bill did a preliminary look at my financial status and assured me I would qualify for the VA loan amount need to purchase the luxury home we dreamed about. He then took me through the whole process from start to closing. His team was fast, responsive, and effective. I strongly recommend Bill and his team.

Grace (Walther) was absolutely outstanding throughout this entire transaction. It took just short of a FULL YEAR under contract to get this house closed due to estate and title issues, and Grace was with us the whole way - patient, friendly, and always quick to respond to my various questions (and frankly, panic attacks at some points).She was genuinely interested in what was happening, and spent so much time reassuring us that we would, indeed, close some day. I can't tell you how smoothly the actual loan process was vs. the rest of the transaction, and I can't express how much I appreciate everything that Grace and the rest of the staff did to help us get there.
