Our experience was great. Ben Morgan, Gabe Underwood were always available whenever we contacted them. The only reason we gave the 9 instead of all 10's was not because of them it was the closing team who we never spoke with. They seemed to go down to the wire as the closing approached. The final closing numbers and documents were received the day of closing. Other than that it was great!







Audrey and Cameron were both very professional and good in handling the issues with documents and getting stuff on time.


Will definitely use again Veterans United for my next home.

Horrible communication, waited til the day before to schedule closing, never talked with me about over price until the day before closing. Had no knowledge of any local benefits. When we did speak he was honest, but overall would not use again. The only reason I stayed with them is because my 4 year old daughter and I were homeless and sleeping on my brothers couch.
