Avoid Veterans United like the plague. My husband is very active in veteran groups in person and online and we will be sharing this horrendous experience to anyone who will listen as well. Terrible service.

I would highly recommend Veterans United to any one because of my very positive experience.
My only complaint is when working with the adt concierge, I was asked for my social over the phone. While my interactions were pleasant and I continue to have great things to say, I do think that such information should not be given over the phone. But again, my interactions were great and Veterans United assured me that the concierge I was dealing with was known to them and even verified the agent I felt with on the phone. This made me feel much better and it was appreciated.
From obtaining the preapproval to closing on our new home, this was by far the smoothest home buying experience I've ever had! Matthew Reehl was an amazing loan specialist! He was extremely knowledgeable, super friendly, and always available to answer my questions no matter how many times I may have reached out to him. He kept us updated every step of the way and would periodically reach out just to see if we had any concerns along the way. My Realtor commented that Matthew was the most professional, communicative, and responsive VA home loan specialist that he had ever worked with, and that he will specifically recommend Matthew to any VA buyer that comes into his office. Likewise, I will absolutely recommend Matthew and his team to any of my colleagues and other Veterans in the VA home buying market!
