Recommend not working with Nu World Title in the future. Their internal communication is extremely poor and workflow management is a struggle for them. When you call a company and someone picks up the phone and just says “hello” like you just called a random person’s cell phone, and you need to confirm who you are talking to because they don’t introduce themselves like they are proud of their company, something is wrong. Not to mention I wired several thousand dollars to this company, which failed from day one to inspire any confidence that they are worth the large amount of money they are receiving for a job as simple as compiling closing papers and shuffling them around. Two of their employees engaged in arguments with me, one of them from the other person’s email address (yes you heard this correctly), over whether or not I mailed documents to them. Additionally, for a period of almost a week, Nu World had lost track of my closing documents and could not find them. This is when they suggested we make another attempt at closing… nothing ruins closing on your first home like working with a company like Nu World.
