The website was helpful and had great rate, but what makes veterans united great is the amazing staff. We have not stopped raving to friends and family about our experience. The entire staff was awesome, but Derek and Sterling were especially wonderful.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Many sellers do not want to deal with VA loans because of mortgage companies that say they do VA but then have problems closing the loans because they do not know the VA requirements. These guy are the experts.

Kyle Gardner was very helpful and forthcoming on all changes as the process proceeded to final purchase. We bounced between Wyoming, then Wisconsin, and then back to Wyoming for actual purchase and they were unfazed and very helpful bouncing back and forth. VU made the process work, there were a lot of documents and verifications, but they made the process go smoothly and were very helpful and thorough.
I'd recommend VU to any vet buying a home.
