I am a first time home buyer and with Veterans United, I was able to review all the documents online and sign which was helpful. It made the closing process less stressful because I had seen the documents before.

Excellent customer service. Super easy process. Would recommend VU to all veterans. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We were referred to Veterans United...but were skeptical because we are lifelong USAA customers. However, our experience with Veterans United will result in us referring any potential home buyers we come across.

Loved my experience

Dan is a true PROFESSIONAL. Nothing more needs to be said.

Buying a house is one of the biggest life choices one makes. Veterans United makes it easy.

I highly recommend VU to any homebuyers. There staff is professional and knowledgeable. They make the homebuying process super easy and not stressful at all. When I am ready to buy another I'll definitely use VU again there's no question about it.

I've enjoyed my process. And I couldn't have asked for a better group to work with. From start to finish everybody involved was knowledgeable, hard working and made sure I didn't have any issues.

Bill Musick, and his team, which includes Alycea Lawson, are OUTSTANDING allies to have when you are shopping for a home loan. They are knowledgeable, resourceful, and will do everything in their power to ensure you qualify for a home loan. All you need to do is be realistic, cooperative (stay on top of that To-Do list!!!) and occasionally be flexible - maybe the first option for your loan won't be the option that you will ultimately utilize, but if you are determined, I promise that you will end up with a loan for your new home.Prior to my son referring me to Veterans United Home Loans, (and Bill Musick in particular), I had been turned down flat for a home loan from a major U.S. financial institution - based solely upon my debt to income ratio. My ratio was not too far off the "acceptable" parameters, but this institution sent me packing without even offering to explore alternative options.Enter Bill Musick. He WORKED with me! He explored all possible funding options for me, ultimately deciding that a conventional loan would not only suit my financial profile, but my lifestyle. (I was headed into both retirement and a home in another state, so a VA loan was not an option.)The underwriters are the people who make the final decisions. They are not affiliated with Veterans United, or any lender, for that matter. They make financial decisions based upon their perception of the risks involved in lending to a particular party. Two weeks from the scheduled closing date on my new home, the underwriters determined that I was too big of a risk.Bill called to inform me...but then he stayed on the phone with me, and brainstormed a solution that would (hopefully/likely) keep my loan prospects alive.Bill Musick knew that I was absolutely determined to buy this particular house, because I had mentioned that fact to him, maybe eleventy billion times or so. Bill was relentless in finding a solution. His solution required me to put more skin in the game, and I was totally on board, because of my aforementioned determination to qualify for this house.Bill Musick's relentless creativity, coupled with my determination, are why I am writing this review in my new home, in the city and state of my dreams. My laptop is on my marble kitchen countertop, and my tush is on one of my brand new orange bar stools from Amazon. And Alycea...Every now and then, I gave Bill a break, and turned to her for assistance. She was always efficient, capable, and personable. I owe her a lot of thanks, because she helped out with some of my panic calls when the process got to be confusing for me. I know there are many other people on Bill's team, and that they all work tirelessly towards a common goal....ensuring that veterans are given access to solutions for home loans, not denials.Veterans United is such a uniquely dedicated organization that I truly feel sorry for people who did not serve, because they have no access to this talented and dedicated team.

Loved the ESign software when it worked. Hated it when documents were half filled out.
