Just shy of being perfect. Veterans United worked with me to lock in a low interest rate and helped me through the process from start to finish. Their online portal made it very easy to see what the next steps were and to submit any required documents. My loan officer Leah was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only issue I had was with communication. Several times I would call and not be able to get a hold of anyone. Message response time took days sometimes. I think the delays are more likely attributed to current covid crisis and high demand for loans then anyone's personal fault. Overall I would highly recommend Veterans United. I appreciate everyone at Veterans United that worked hard to complete the loan process so my family and I could purchase our new home.

As a veteran, I researched many lenders for our recent home purchasing experience. When I came across Veterans United, I honestly stopped my search and looked no further. I was SOLD instantly. To find there was a Home Loan broker that specialized in VA loans impressed me immediately! From the get go, the process was seamless and stress free. Our loan officer along her team were tremendous to work with! Underwriting was equally as impressive as they were able to meet our time sensitive closing, which drastically reduced our stress of moving from being a tenant to home ownership. We can’t say enough about how great the experience was using Vetrens United. We did go through another lender initially and it was horrifying. We are first time homebuyers so we didn’t know a lot. And a previous lender was not great with information or communication in general. Vetrens United on the other hand was absolutely amazing. They were so informative and patient with us when we had so many questions. They were quick to respond back with any answers to her questions. They made the whole process very seamless and we would definitely use them again in the future. We even recommended them to some of our family.
