We are so thankful for Veterans United, it was a great way to enter the world of home buying with the help of a VA loan which can be extremely stressful otherwise. There were some rare times where the timing would not match up for best communication. To no fault of anyone’s other than my odd work schedule and the time difference.

Overall experience was good, and the mortgage team was very helpful and explanatory throughout the home-buying process. However, there were some documents that got missed/didn't get sent over to me in time, and our closing got pushed from a Friday to a Monday due to a 3-day waiting period pertaining to the final appraisal review. Aside from that, I would recommend.
