Great service and quick replies to emails and phone calls. Completely electronic process. Lock in rates will increase considerably even when the delays are not on the buyers or sellers end.
if you have never bought a house or are ill prepared these guys will work with you and help you understand every part of getting your new home

Great all-around service: Louie and Marissa (L&M) were patient and answered all our questions. L&M kept in continuous communication with me, my realtor, and the title company; they were clear and made it easy to deliver what was needed so that they could deliver by closing.
