i might add that Nathan Tucker was very helpful initially and through the process as well.

VA Home Loans helped me to get the best deal per what I could afford, even when it initially looked bleak.

After firing another lender a week before closing we got with Jason. Him and his team rushed to get us closed in 9 days. He pushed for the previous lender to send the appraisal and went to the VA for us when they wouldn’t send it. He was very responsive and helped us to bring very little money to closing.

The experience was straight forward. My loan team was always available to answer questions. As far as home buying goes it was a pleasant experience.

As a first time homebuyer, the extent of my knowledge on the process of purchasing a home was based on information I researched on the internet. The internet is more horror stories and negatives than positives. As the days went by, I was expecting the worse and waiting for something not so pleasant to happen. 30 days later I closed and did not experience any negatives. Working with Veterans United was smooth and seamless, they communicated every step along the way, and answered any questions I had. I also enjoyed having a to-do list that told me exactly what they needed and when they needed it by. I would highly recommend going with Veterans United if you want an easier

Just thanks. My dogs and I love the place and wall plaque

Thank you!

Hey soldiers and veterans. I believe Veterans United is a good institution to get your home loan started. Heads up, your appraisal is scheduled with them to meet VA loan requirements. Schedule early to avoid high volume delays. You will want it to be scheduled close to after the home inspections. Make sure you stay on top of everything, this is your investment and who better to rely on then the investor. Ask a lot of questions, and then some. They help provide a realtor, which is great! Make sure your realtor has a feel of what you want in a home. And remember, don't spend on credit until after the keys are in your hands. These guys are watching.

It was a very smooth process. There were a few things I had to work on but they were so patient with the whole process. Thank you very much
