I have nothing but positive things to say with my experience working with Veterans United. Everybody on my loan team was very polite, professional and responsive. I originally applied online just to get the process started, I was thinking this would take a few days or weeks, but I ended up with a preapproval within a couple hours, I ended up closing on my first home not long after. For buying a home for the first time at a young age, Veterans United made it extremely easy for what seemed like a scary process at first. My loan officer was very knowledgeable and kind and would always follow up with any questions or issues I had. If you are a Veteran, this really is the best group to go through with your VA loan
