Annie was amazing in handling my loan process once it started the underwriting process. The communication back and forth really put my mind at ease. I was able to close on my dream home and begin my life in North Carolina the way I have been wanting to. Will use them again without a doubt when I’m ready to get another home!

Best experience that I could have asked for, despite some minor hiccups. I would highly recommend all eligible people to use Veterans United in acquiring a home.

I would highly recommend this company and team to anybody who has any real estate needs.

Veterans United did an amazing job of providing tools that are necessary for any home buyer to understand the journey.I am truly great for the partnership, experience, and care provided.

I was blown away with the great experience that veterans united gave me. I will Recommend you to all..once again thank you.

Veterans United is such a great company to work with for veterans. I can't speak enough about the clarity given throughout the whole process. I have and will continue to recommend VU to everyone!

The personnel are courteous however the turn around time for receiving information requested can be timely. Documents to be signed and acknowledged on the same day have mismatched amounts which can delay the closing process. Some information at the beginning of the sale is contradicting when the final paperwork is done. Suggested agents by Veterans United are not familiar with the area for selling, buying and documents for real estate in select counties. Overall the process was a fair one but I would not recommend them.
Response from Veterans United
Suzzetta, we value your feedback, and thank you for allowing us to look into your experience. Yes, the loan process can be at times stressful and lengthy in time. Documents are always subject to change until the day of closing. Our teams are always looking for ways to relieve such stress for our veterans. Thank you again.

Highly recommend the team
