It was exceptional the way that she and the team worked it out for me to extend my VA benefits to get this second house under a VA loan as well, which is now my primary residence. She also did a great job getting me a super low interest rate of 2.99% on a 30-year fixed! Finally, I was given a generous credit at closing since this house I purchased was from the family after the recent loss of my mother. Very pleasant to work with
Only concern surrounds closing costs. Not knowing what is needed until the day prior to closing.Also, inform first time buyers of the typical costs they should be prepared to have available.Other than those two concerns, this was a phenomenal experience with a great team. Oh, the initial real estate agent could have been more involved. Lack of involvement pressured us to find another agent.
I hope he’s held accountable for taking money from me once again.
