Our Loan Specialist was pivotal in helping us get into our new home. At the beginning of our journey, we were working with USAA but near the end, there was a lack of communication and we were feeling uneasy about how things were being handled. We decided to look elsewhere so I made a call to Veterans United, I let them know I had two weeks until our closing date and I needed help as soon as possible. To add even more stress to the situation we just had our second child the week before. The Veterans United representative I spoke with quickly assigned our Loan Specialist, I then received a call shortly after from him. He analyzed the situation and took immediate action as there was no time for delay. Through the entire process he was very friendly, respectful, displayed great communication, answered all of our questions as we were first time home buyers, and truly cared about us.
