Veterans United was well represented by Kortney and the mortgage team. They were attentive and followed up often to ensure the process continued without delay. All around good experience.
Major issue was with Linsedy snook. Could not get her to communicate with either the real estate or title company on those items that only they could generate. Most of the time I had one idea what she wanted or was talking about. Both said it was strange she did not contact them directly and not go through me.
Very positive experience with Veterans United and Shannan Matlack. If I am ever in the position to offer advice to someone on who could help with a home loan I will definitely be giving them Veteran United’s information.
Daithe my other Loan coordinator was not the best. He was not timely with communication, he messed up twice with my paperwork submission and couldn't answer all of my questions which I then turned to Justin about.
