In addition to being a shoulder to vent on when the realtor had me pulling out my hair, Ross & team pulled out all the stops. They never said "never". Ross had great advice and great strategies and is just a great guy. Being a first time home buyer on a limited budget was pretty scary since I had to give up my apartment before the deal was done.
