Veteran's United made our home-buying experience stress free! From start to finish, we were never left in the dark about what to expect next, or what requirements we needed to meet in order to move forward in the process. Our Credit Consultant (Emily Herzog) was fantastic! She put together a detailed action plan to address a few issues with my credit, and before long we were working with the VU team to obtain a pre-approval. Our Loan Officer (Marie Houchen) and everyone on her team were also great to work with and they provided us with regular updates regarding our loan. They helped us to navigate through a process that could have been difficult for us otherwise.
