My mother always told me buying a home was tedious and aggravating. I've never called my mother a liar, but Veterans United makes me want to challenge her claim!
My team was awesome. I applied for a loan with the builder in April 2022. I gave them every document requested in a timely manner. They gave me a closing date for July 25th. Over 90 days passed with no word from the lender. I contacted them on July 10th and learned that they did not approve my loan and needed more info. I provided it. Finally I asked to be released from the lender to obtain funding elsewhere. They did and I contacted Mark. He still had me in the system from a previous mortgage in 2015. He requested the usual documents and Lord behold, after a few days in underwriting I found myself at the settlement table two weeks later. Mark assigned me a whole team, they stood by my side and worked tirelessly on my behalf. All veterans in search of mortgage financing need not look any further than Veterans United. They will be pleasantly surprised with the highest level of commitment. Thank you to my team.
