The whole experience was not as bad that I thought it would be. Kimberly was very nice from our very first contact and explain everything and how the process would work. She help me get all the forms needed for the VA loan and to me that was very helpful. The whole process of up loading all the documents was easy to do. Haley and Donald was very helpful with everything else that was needed to get the loan done and they were very easy to work with. I do like that I could text them with any concerns or question that I had. Overall my experience was very good with this refinance processed.
This is my second mortgage with Veterans United and I only have the best things to say. Look no further if you want to maximize your VA benefits with professionals who know the ins and out of the VA home loan.

There are VA requirements that must be met in order to qualify for a loan and there is probably more hoops to jump through because they tend to be more strict. But it's worth the peace of mind knowing you have a solid straight-forward loan structure. Plus there are a lot of discounts/benefits to staying within the veteran network, including insurance.
