Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. I would absolutely recommend veterans United to any veteran looking to buy a home! We will absolutely be passing on the word to friends! I was very nervous going into this whole process as this is my first home. The Team that was assigned to me were there to answer any questions and made sure everything was clear, prior to moving forward and that was during the whole process. Even up to closing, I had questions about numbers on the forms (and there are a ton of them,) they got me on the phone with someone who could explain it better just to ensure it was understood.
I never thought that the day would come that I would be a homeowner, yet, here I am. I appreciate Veterans United and my team so much for the work that they did. I would highly recommend these guys. Especially for first time buyers. They get it done!

I am beyond satisfied with the services provided by veterans United. They pretty much bend over backwards for you to get you what you need. They are very transparent as well. I had a few changes in plans they were able to adjust to my changes no questions asked.

All realtors love working with you all, and most sellers that never heard of you, loved you once it was all over and deal was over and completed. Hannah Liebhart and her entire team , Lauren Sprague, Emily Gandy, Kole Berry, and others I am sure behind the scene, did an outstanding job again....what a team effort.Precise execution of loan processing, and all upstream and downstream processes.
