I was told by VU that my wife, who is not on the deed or the mortgage, would have to sign a single doc for the State of Florida. She actually had to sign at least fifteen to twenty docs, everything except the note itself. I was not told there would be a three day waiting period after the signing before the payoff checks were mailed to the creditors, which added another few days to the payoffs.

I would recommend Veterans United to any Veteran. They streamlined the process on their end so that I could focus on finding and buying the house I love, which I am currently living in. My loan officer Laura was such a great help throughout the whole process! Everything was longer then usual through this COVID 19 that it was a slower process. But I thank Laura and the rest of the staff for working beside us through this ordeal!!
