Loan specialist didn't find errors BEFORE the paperwork went to review. It took 3.5 extra weeks and a change of closing date 3-4 times. Horrible experience.
The website Porch.com is mostly Broken, the checklist, some movers are located in the East Coast, Virginia. We're on the west coast. The Concierge app/bot/person? is not working very well either because they are trying to add you as a new customer, losing discounts and not transferring your services.
Overall Veterans United did a great job getting us through their services and into our new home. Anyone who is a veteran understands the service time standards of the military and VA. You can expect that as well with Veterans United since they use VA personnel for certain things.
