This is my first time providing all the necessary documents during the loan process. In the past, my better half took care of it all. It's also my husband's first time buying a home using his VA benefits. He was impressed and relieved that it went smoothly. What an awesome team. We are extremely grateful for them.

Veterans United has good service and are with you every step of the way.
Ask ask ask, if you encounter any issues just call your rep and they are more than willing to help and answer all your questions. Veterans United easily beat the competition.
I never thought that I would be able to be a homeowner, but the Veterans United team was there to help me through the entire process. I have never had such a well-run concierge-like business experience, and I would recommend the company to any veteran looking to get a home loan.
If you are a veteran, I would highly recommend Veterans United! As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect and frankly I’ve heard horror stories from others with purchasing a house and the entire process. Andy’s loan team is top notch and I felt at ease during the entire process. Any question or concern, they were always a call away. When it comes time to refinance, sell, or buy I know Veterans United will get it done!Thank you Andy and Matt and the team for making our dream to own our own home a reality!
I was not impressed with Sara Price. she was difficult to reach via any communication mode, rarely returned phone calls or email.
The overall process was great and I would definitely recommend. Everyone I came in contact with was amazing.

Honorable mentions go to Randy Groner and Erin west. Randy also helped me in the process and tagged teamed with Eric in the beginning. We was super helpful as well and equally dedicated to me securing my loan. Erin....... what can I say? Erin is glue that holds everything together. She’s the little ass kicker in the background that makes sure that the incomprehensible and maddening amount of paperwork is perfect. T’s crossed and I’s dotted. Sign here please! She’s actually the one person I pestered more than Eric. She always sent me a quick breakdown of every part of the process.which was great because, well, who has time to look at 50 pages on their iPhone without their reading glasses? Every time I heard the “new message” ding on my phone letting me know Erin had just sent something I was always driving or standing in line LOL so those 1 to 3 page breakdowns were great and helped me see and understand everything that was going on. Actually because of synopsis, I was able to spot one small discrepancy which Eric immediately corrected and all was well. Between Eric putting it together and Erin getting it done it, not only was I approved, locked in at a (GREAT INTREST RATE) and able to close on the exact date... I could have actually closed 1 week earlier but the person selling my house took a week to get a document the VA that they needed. This was in all reality, the easiest thing I have ever done. No stress, no anxiety, no muss no fuss. So if you’re serious about buying a house and you want to use the VA to do it. Give Eric Herman a call you won’t be disappointed.
I am very pleased with our overall experience with Veteran's United and would highly recommend them.
