I wrote a more detailed review but I will make it more simple. I won’t use Veterans United again. Communication was not great. There was errors on the final closing details. The biggest reason has nothing to do with the team. Their fee’s are very high comparably. I was given examples at my closing and told by multiple people in the industry not to use them. I had already made an offer on a house and my situation didn’t allow me to change it is the only reason I stuck with them.

Josh, Madi and team worked really hard to get our loan closed. Besides things out of their control the process was so easy. I really expected this to be much harder, the team did a great job prepping us for underwriting.
