Chase, Ashlyn, Christina and the entire team made this home buying process stress free and enjoyable. The app worked flawless throughout the process, and there was never a time during the entire home buying experience that someone wasn’t in constant communication with us. I also really like how Chase and Ashlyn would basically light a fire under our realtor to make sure the process was moving as scheduled (that was unexpected but really appreciated). The whole process with Veterans United in whole was good. There were a couple of uh oh's but in the end they came together Andhra got everything back on track so that we were able to close and be in our new home for Christmas.

Using the Veterans United app to view to-do lists, upload and sign documents, etc. has been a pleasure. The app makes it so easy to stay on track and see what needs to be completed throughout the homebuying process. Checking off our lists and getting things done helps us to know that we're doing our part when working with our lending team.
