The modern day FHA process is a nightmare. I had short notice and very little to work with. But VU was able to get me moving immediately, 24/7 assistance and communication with my loan officer and coordinator. This was the easiest, low stress buying experience I’ve ever had or heard of anyone else having. We worked with Debbie Beasock and she and her team made financing super easy. She was available to answer many questions throughout the whole process. She was kind and knowledgeable, never making us feel as if we were a problem. We could not have asked for a more wonderful experience.
I changed locations during the process, opposite coast of the country, and the handover process and restart was seamless.
Some members of the team are amazing, however one member was horrible. Not realizing the appraisal had been canceled 3 times is pretty sad. Then also blaming everyone else for her lack of attention and clear communication was a no go.

First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!
