Working with veterans united for a home loan was a great experience. The app is great. As a first home buyer with traumatic brain injuries it was cool working with Adam. He’s a good guy you should put him in for a navy achievement medal. All people were very quick and professional as far as answering questions or explaining to me the process and making things make sense along the way with no delay at all. I asked Adam the same question 5 times because my memories bad but he never got annoyed or rude he was very professional insightful understanding and expert level, as were Sarah and Kylie and everyone else. The house is sweet and I like the area

Communications were a bit confusing. When trying to recall information, it was difficult to remember if the message was sent by text or in an email.
The total process was hectic but painless. We followed the "to do" list, and everything came together!
I was so fearful when starting the process to buy a home. I was afraid of being disappointed with being turned down. All of my fears were put to rest after the first call from Veterans United. I was treated with such respect and personal care. It was like having a friend holding my hand through the whole process. They even provided a beautiful care package for our fur baby Foxy. We can't even begin to tell you how much we appreciate everyone at Veterans United!! We wasn't even thinking of buying g a house. I was just scrolling online and I Googled how to qualify for a veterans home loan. I didn't realize I was in the Veterans United website, and it popped up that we could buy a house. They did everything for us. Took us by the hand and 4 months later we were moving into our home!! Veterans United is family to us!! Still to this day every question we have, they are there for us!!
