Chase Lyles turned what should have been an impossible refinance into a smooth closing. Our situation was complicated: an active billing dispute with our HOA and a lien clouding title mid-process. I truly thought this was going to be one of the most difficult, lengthy processes I have experienced, especially as a first time homebuyer.
