This was our 2nd time purchasing a home and our experience far exceeded our first go-round. The team of people who worked with us throughout the process were so patient, responsive, and transparent about everything. It was a joy to feel like we were in such capable hands - down to the last minute of signing the closing papers. They seem to genuinely care about their clients and want everything to work out for them!

This company is awesome. Everyone that works with Veterans United is extremely helpful and they always get the job done. I initially had Veterans United but then my mortgage went to Freedom. I was quite upset when this happened but I know this happens all the time. I just figured since I am a widower of a Vietnam vet I could stay with Veterans United. Fortunately I just did a refinance with Veterans and all I can say I am very happy. The people that work for Veterans United should do training for other mortgage companies. I am so pleased with all the staff from Veterans that were involved in my refinance. Great Job!!!
Veterans United was great to work with. My Loan Specialist, Steven Ross, was fully vested in ensuring I had a great experience. Not only did he take the time to answer questions, he did so very efficiently and thoroughly. He was very flexible and kept me updated every step of the way. He went above and beyond what I expected from a loan officer. I have never worked with a better one. Outstanding experience thanks to Steven and the other VU staff.
