Veterans United is hands down the best lender. The process was so easy and everyone was so communicative and caring. As a first time home buyer, I was so anxious about buying a home and Veterans United made all of that go away. I would recommend them to all of my veteran and active duty friends because Veterans United cares about their clients.
Overall process was a success even though time management could have been better especially for a loan that had 81 days to process. The day of close the title company waited half a day to receive docs when there was plenty of time to have those things prepared well ahead.

I would not recommend Veterans United as they don’t personalize each customer, they have a standard system and everyone is treated the same whether you have perfect credit or poor credit. Which I guess is great for people with poor credit. I work hard for perfect credit and I would like to reap the benefits from it.
