We’re glad the process is over, finding out via email the night before closing that we would not be able to close because an address issue that was not our fault was very disappointing.

Overall if I had the choice to buy a phone, car or house ... I would go with Mike and Cara and buy a house.. this was the most hassle free purchase I’ve ever made .. great job veterans United, you have some great employees!
You will love VU and their convenient website!! I did everything until TITLE right from my phone!!! It's going to be frustrating, especially underwriting, but just be prompt with your paperwork and signing documents andn you'll fly through this process like I did!!!!
