It was me and my family first time purchasing a home and it went smooth. Everyone answered our questions and responded in an timely manner. My loan officer checked in with me often and the Courtney Bolte always looked out for our best interest. She kept me updated with the process and helped find resources in the state so we wouldn't have to search for anything. She went out her way to help and did an excellent job.
