I am not sure who ensures the home is turnkey. Unfortunately in our scenario we bought a house site unseen from across the country. Upon arrival our house had garbage in the front yard in the side yard, inside the house. The fridge was full of rotten food, there is visible water damage. We did not see the house before we moved in in person I’m curious who ensures the house is move in ready.
