I did not care for company's b's on exquisite poa nor did I think I should be penalized for high insurance and bump in closing cost and once they got their money on no money down loan from VA they disappeared. Revenge of the nerds at its finest as the company is like the nerdy kid ib class who needed clarification on the simplest question in math of 1+1 always trying to make 3 when its 2.

Our team really worked hard and went far above what with us being in Hawaii and having had to deal with the listing agent, everyone did a flawless job. When we were first looking into purchasing a home we had used a loan officer our realtor recommended. It was awful she made us feel like we weren’t going to be able to purchase a home, her communication and response time was so slow. After working with her a few days and not being happy, we did some research and decided to talk to Veterans United. I am so glad we made the switch. After applying and talking with our loan officer John we knew we made the right choice. He was great at explaining everything and made us feel so comfortable.
